Face-To-Face Therapy
We now offer on-site, face-to-face therapy sessions. Our physical sessions capture an extensive spectrum of mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, anger management issues, physical and emotional abuse, eating disorders, personality disorders, stress management, relationship issues, trauma, and all other mental health conditions. The face-to-face therapy sessions draw on all the senses, allowing for the full potential of non-verbal communication to be experienced between you and your therapist.
We believe that you are an active partner in your recovery and your therapist works with you to achieve this by providing you with the skills needed to regain independence, adapt to new realities, and discover your strengths.
